Meash Calam
From a young age, movement and athleticism have been my passions. As a gymnast turned softball player, I thrived on the field until health challenges struck: fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and later, a mild heart attack.
But adversity only fueled my determination. Through dedication to fitness and nutrition, I shed 70 pounds, overcame chronic pain, and reclaimed my vitality. Alongside caring for my father battling MS, I found strength in helping others navigate their health journeys.
Today, as a rehab and strength training specialist, my mission is clear: inspire others to overcome limitations, reclaim their health, and live with vitality. With a focus on empowerment and resilience, I’m committed to guiding individuals toward their best selves, one step at a time.
Meash is excited to join the Cynergy Radiates U team and is excited to meet new people to share her knowledge about FST to new patients.
